We provide a wide range of prototyping options, and have the expertise to quickly and accurately handle your requests. Our capabilities range from cosmetically finished models which are indistinguishable from a production product, to complex fully-functional assemblies. We pride ourselves on our ability to expedite lead times in order to help accelerate your critical schedule.

Our prototyping methods include:

Stereolithography (SLA)

3D CAD data is converted into a precise, physical model using a laser to scan and solidify a photo-sensitive liquid polymer. SLAs can be finished, painted, or textured to resemble production parts. Next-business-day service is available. WaterShed XC11122 is a common material for SLAs.

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)

This process uses a laser to fuse powdered resin to form your part. Nylon or glass-filled nylon are commonly used materials.

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)

A thin nozzle extrudes layers of molten plastic to build a complete part. ABS or Polycarbonate are common material choices for FDM.

Urethane Casting

A rubber mold is constructed using a master pattern. Then, the parts are produced by pouring a polyurethane material into the mold. Color matching is available.

High-Speed CNC Machining

Our state-of-the-art CNC machine shop has the ability to quickly produce precision components from the material of your choice.

Stamped Sheet Metal

Any type of design can be quickly prototyped with our rapid tooling process. Sheet metal prototypes can be made from virtually any metal.

3D Acrylic

Layers of acrylic photopolymer are cured on a build tray until the component is complete.

PCB Fabrication

We can prototype complex, high density, multi-layer PC boards.
